Founder & Principal
Paula De Paoli
Paula is an experienced medical writer and health communicator. She has held senior risk & regulatory roles at Ahpra, Bupa, and Victoria's Department of Health, bringing a strong compliance lens to her work. As a former Clinical Educator, Paula has taught university students, led clinical teams, and delivered independent care to remote communities across Australia.
She holds qualifications from Harvard University and University of Sydney in international public health studies. Drawing on her diverse experience, Paula designs communications that capture the most critical insights to empower healthcare audiences.
Scientific & Marketing Advisor
Elizabeth Donald
Elizabeth has over a decade of experience in clinical research, education and communications. She has led education and marketing strategy at companies within the U.S., Europe and Australia, collaborating with the likes of Pfizer, Merck, Novartis, and AstraZeneca to deliver award-winning eLearning programs, marketing assets, and congress presentations in oncology, immunology, and rare diseases.
Her doctoral research in oncology has been published in peer-reviewed journals, focusing on treatment efficacy and emerging therapies. Elizabeth is committed to making medical science more accessible, relevant, and patient-centered.
